Collaborative Staging Dividers are a set of printed divider tabs to insert into the new 650+ page Collaborative Staging Manual for extent of disease coding. The Collaborative Staging System is a carefully selected set of data items that describe how far a cancer has spread at the time of diagnosis.

It provides the codes and coding instructions for the Collaborative Staging System fields for cases diagnosed January 1, 2004, and forward. These fields are now required by all central registries in the US and Canada and all hospitals that report to them.

A set of CS Dividers consists of 50 different dividers, each of which will include anatomic drawings and other information pertinent to a particular primary site or group of sites.
